I did my taxes for the very first time all by myself. The prompts and questions were clear and easy to understand. Every step of the way there was and explanation and I used those a few times to clarify what was needed or if I was entitled to that deduction.

TurboTax does it again

The process was very intuitive and made me feel very comfortable with my taxes. I like how easy it is to go back and scan through what was entered. The only complaint I have is how it tries to immediately pull in items when you first login. I almost double filed capital gains until I realized what happened.

TurboTax is still the way to go

Good product still, and perhaps it's just my age, but TTax seems to get more and more frustrating each year now. This year I had a phantom form that contained boxes I did not recognize and catch-22 instructions on filling in those boxes which if not followed, I'd have had to mail what I thought was a finished e-file return! Finally, I found the duplicate form causing the problem (from a previous year?), deleted it and everything worked out. Support seems to come at a very high price!
