turbo tax is alright

I used turbo tax often and now we suddenly have to pay for filing. That sucks the most but overall it was still easy .

wants to charge 40 for making payment by federal return then also wants to charge 40 for state return combined with federal while also charging 100 for premium. rip off

Option to use Deluxe or Premium

I didn't see an option to opt out of using Premium for Deluxe or the ability to not worry about a stock loss.

This was such an adult moment for me! I'm so thankful for the TurboTax team for being so helpful and James was AMAZING when he called and helped me get my 1099 questions answered I felt so much more confident in filling.

Confusing and Difficult

By far the hardest year of understanding and following the process.It was confusing. I’ve never had too much of a problem in all the years I’ve used TurbTax. I will not use Turbo Tax again.
