Turbo Tax is easy and provides explanations

I love working with Turbo Tax when doing my taxes. It is generally easy but, I feel like this year it was a little more difficult however, not due to Turbo Tax but, new additions to my taxes this year

It Gets Taxes Done But You'll Want To Scream

The software is good for basic taxes but if you make a mistake it's nearly impossible to delete a form and restart making a process that should take 1-2 hours take even longer. I looked at help forums for my specific issues and the responses were vague and could not find the areas they mentioned. The company is quite predatory making it difficult to opt out of payment extras and mailing in the tax forms.

Too expensive. They throw hidden fees at the end to get more money out of you. Where's actual free filing? Our forefathers are rolling in their graves with all the taxation.
