Used to be great, now greedy and annoying

Charging me DOUBLE because I have a Robinhood account is not cool. Also, it takes twice as long as it should to fill out all the forms and file, because your software is constantly trying to UPSELL me to "Max" and other products I don't want. I said "NO" the first time, stop wasting my time. Might try HR Block or TaxSlayer next year because of these two problems.

Some parts were hard to understand, this program of turbo tax is different than the ones you get a disc
with and not enough answers, you could not understand the forms and I didn't like the format of this program.

Software glitches

Had two issues: 1. Used the QR code to get the iphone app to take a picture and upload 1099-INT/1099-DIV. Zip code did not come through on three documents. Was able to manually enter on two documents. State was incorrect and disabled on third document. Had to delete and re-enter. 2. Property tax entry wanted non resident property tax - which I only have one residence. Kept me in a continuous loop hitting Continue button. Finally deleted this section (not easy to find) and entered again. Kept me in a loop twice after selecting Continue button then finally went through ( definte software glitch). This added hours to my filing prepartion period as this was my first year using the software. Certainly some disappointment in these two issues that cost me valueable time.
