Over all pleased and have used Turbo Tax for 15-20 years, but I don't appreciate being asked to pay more for add-on services many times in the process.

I usually pay a CPA but was doing hours of work just to answer a few questions for the CPA and pay $350 for her to file. I spent half of that and got a bigger return than we have received in years. The software walked me through filing and answered any questions I may have had along the way.
