Software is good, cost not so much

The software is easy to use and self explanatory. I do not like the cost for self preparation for small businesses being $99. It should be the cost of the basic since I am doing the work myself. Other than cost, the software is good.

Smooth process overall but difficult to navigate when you want to go back and input things differently. Also gave incorrect direction on basic W-2 inputs. Didn't properly recognize Railroad Retirement Tier 1 and Tier 2 numbers.
