Overall, TurboTax is easy to use and with usually very clear instructions. I've used it now for several years and have been satisfied.
One exception: Every 1099-R summary was treated as something that had an RMD. Even a standard government pension plan included those questions about RMD and I found no way to say "does not apply" and no explanation to say why a pension might really have an RMD.

I have been using TurboTax for years. Such a user-friendly platform. Everything is simplified so you dont have to be an expert or try to remember everything. They will guide you through the entire process!
