Helpful Until it's Not

Some aspects of turbo tax save a lot of time, but other times you can get caught in a loop and there isn't a way to move forward. For example, you're asked to fill out a box, you select zero, and go through a bunch of pages, and it sends you back to the beginning because your response "needs review", because it will not accept your answer, and there is no way to override.

Turbo Tax is great and helpful

Taxes are confusing and for the most part Turbo Tax did a great job but occasionally had to research further on my own to get an answer for a specific topic
