only problem was at end payment options was little confusing, software didn't take bank routing & account numbers showing error when was none double checked multiple time sent them anyway see if it worked in few days

It's very easy to use. Searching and finding answers is easy and the information is helpful. Really put my mind at ease that I was completing the things accurately. I've used TurboTax for a number of years and would not consider switching because it keeps getting better and better. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the price -- $89 is steep, especially when you're already owing hundreds to the IRS.
