Hidden fees

Far too expensive! They hide the state tax fee of $39 until you file. Then when you request them to take the filing fees out of your taxes, they take an additional $40 to take the fees from your tax return! Absolutely outrageous and predatory.

Switching from hrblock and found turbo tax simple and easy to use. I also love saving tons by doing it myself while retaining a refund advance option.

Not too good with checking accuracy

This is the third time I am submitting my income tax. It was supposed to be checked for accuracy and missing information before I filed but I keep having to add information after being rejected by the IRS.

MY TAX RETURN WAS SIMPLE YET I WAS TOLD TO UPGRADE TO TURBO TAX PREMIUM AND HAD TO PAY $130. THATS NOT REALLY FAIR.
