Hidden fees

Far too expensive! They hide the state tax fee of $39 until you file. Then when you request them to take the filing fees out of your taxes, they take an additional $40 to take the fees from your tax return! Absolutely outrageous and predatory.

Switching from hrblock and found turbo tax simple and easy to use. I also love saving tons by doing it myself while retaining a refund advance option.
