Really get tired of constant attempts to upsell. I feel TurboTax has started to try to confuse users into selecting upsell options. Taxes are annoying enough, and the basic cost for TurboTax is already too high - stop trying to upsell me.

It's pretty easy!

Well, we're getting a refund so we're pretty happy. The process was relatively easy too. We had purchased and installed a wood burning stove and we knew we were due a tax credit which TurboTax didn't prompt us on but we went looking for it without problem.
