LOVE USING TURBOTAX

The person that helped me from Michigan with my amendment was EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. I couldn't" have had anybody better. If I ever need help again I hope I get her to work with.

Turbo Tax was easy and quick

I was able to get our household taxes completed and submitted in just a few hours. No finding a professional and no extra fees. Will use again in the future.

Helpful but sneaky

Very helpful in getting taxes done. But very sneaky in how they try to upgrade you to the next higher tier format and you end up paying more than you need to. I wanted Deluxe that I’ve used for 10 years but somehow this year after completing everything it tells me I’m using the premium version. I either have to waste several hours transferring everything to a different one or pay for the more expensive one.

All I want is tax prep & filing. Stop accessing my personal information outside of TurboTax without my permission. Stop trying to get me to agree to your stupid marketing crap. Stop trying to get me to allow you to store my personal information so you can sell it. I pay to provide a service & that isn't enough for your company. This may be the last time I use your service.

Product remains dependable, reasonable value

For two years I have been able to do fairly complicated taxes with Turbotax. No businesses. There is itemization of deductions and TT helps a lot with that. The downside is the frequent ads to upgrade, and estimated time throughout was low (it took me three times as long as every estimate I saw). It would be nice to remove that from the screen because it was not helpful.
