Should not have to pay to file taxes

Pretty disgusting they spend so much money lobbying congress to make it hard to file taxes so we have to go through them. I wanted to File my taxes with the new government website but I still cant as they are missing a doc I need still. Maybe if they spent less money on lobbying they could charge the customers less?
