TurboTax is buggy and glitchy, not user friendly.

TurboTax is buggy and glitchy, not user friendly. The product has severely degraded this year. i accidentally entered something and while it let me delete the entry the software REFUSED to delete the form and it required so many manual entries i was wondering what i was actually paying for.

TurboTax is good for federal income tax return.

Federal Income Tax liability and submission of my return was easy.
Colorado State Income Taxes was not easy. I still don't have confidence that I did it right. I think I did but it's not as cut and dry as federal.

Being a senior citizens it took me 3 hours 16 minutes to file this, was longer than I want to spend on filing. But at my age that understandable.
