Better interface in 2025 but enduring issues

The process has too many repeating questions. A lot or answering repetitive questions. Navy Federal Credit Union, the largest in USA, STILL isn't available to auto document downloads. This is a decades long issue for Turbo Tax. I believe the do it yourself is too expensive, and there is a constant push to buy assistance that's not needed if the program is intuitive, no pun. Perhaps an AI integration might help in the future. Bring the prices down!

Quit asking me to spend more money with you

As far as work flow, turbotax makes it easy. But I'm tired of the constant ads. Almost every page is asking if I want to spend money with them. And they advertise as being free but after you've filed your first return, they don't provide a free option.
