TurboTax satisfies my tax preparation needs.

Premium upgrade mandated to submit my amendment because I sold investments (basis and selling price were equal - No taxable profit) - saved me nothing!

I was not impressed with the changes made. Program did not pick up last years tax return and transfer information to this year. I had to reenter all the information

Probably the biggest hindrance to good tax reform

Constant upsells and intentionally difficult to discern questions designed to drive you towards more expensive "do it for me" or "talk with real tax experts" packages. The US tax system is a joke and companies profiting from it and lobbying against its reform are pathetically despicable.

Took a great user experience and made it a bad one

I do not like losing the ability to see my tax bill due / refund. I researched and this feature had been removed until you got your data entered. However, it did not work at all. Horrible use experience and step backwards. Last time I use this product.
