Everything goes fine until all kinds of documents appear for paper filing versus E-file and
payment . And printing return was even confusing. The final process verges on manipulating ,
almost deceptive.

This is the first time that I've used TurboTax on line. Of course this was mostly because the CD is no longer available. I am happy that the online version of TurboTax works on Linux. It appears to be very secure, from what I can see. Hopefully, the returns will be accepted by the IRS and Franchise Tax Board (California State).
I really goofed up by underestimating my estimated tax payments due to some new income. That was my fault.

It was a good experience, but I wish the K-1 entry was a little easier when you have something in box 1 and 2. I also wish I could see what the return amount total is during each step instead of the end.

Turbo tax gets more expensive for no reason

It used to be very thorough with explanations, but now that you offer tax consultants that you charge more for you have removed a lot of the info.
