Patience required

I've used Turbo Tax for many, many years now and this is the most frustrating year I've had. It kept looping back around to information I had already input and said to revisit information I had already revisited and submitted. I don't know how many times I saw the screen where it asked me to upgrade or continue with my current version,

Simple process. Documents imported. You may be required to fill in some information. A few questions. And you're done. Complete with estimated time to complete your return based on your information and past returns. Turbo Tax does all the work filling in the forms!
