Turbo Tax makes the job easier!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 8 years now and it does everything I need to get my taxes done right. The prompts are clear and the help has always been accurate (though I didn't need it this year).

Disappointing...

We have done our taxes with Turbo Tax for 8 years. This year was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The format was not as user friendly as past formats, it wouldn't allow me to change the cell phone number to mine instead of my husbands..."We're working on it".
In general the whole experience was not good. We were very disappointed in TurboTax and will consider not using it for next year's filing.
