For a thing that shouldn't exist it's the best aro

I'm pro return-free filing. I want to smash the whole tax industrial complex, it should be illegal. That being said I've tried other tax products and this is the best one full stop.
You've gotten me through payroll taxes, investments, contractor small business things all of it. I'll keep using TurboTax until the country wakes up and adopts a common sense system that doesn't needlessly bleed the working classes.

My taxes were a little more difficult to complete this year due to RMD and refinancing my home but Turbo tax was a help. I should have done standard taxes instead of going through all my deductions as I have always done. Next year I plan to do as Turbo Tax recommendations at the beginning.

Too much pressure to upgrade

I've been using Turbo tax for almost 18 years now. I am seriously considering switching to some other way of doing my taxes. The constant push to up-sale at every turn is exhausting! I just want to sign on and easily select what product I want and move on. Keep things simple!

Will not use again. Paid for deluxe ($89) to file Fed and State. When I tried to submit to e-file, I repeatedly received this message: Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
Only after I went back in and upgrade (additional $50) did the e-file go through. If I had known that I was going to have to pay more here than the service I used last year, I would have used them again.

Unnecessarily difficult sometimes.

Yes Go Turbo Tax

I having been using Turbo Tax for many years now I love how it remembers things like capital loss that I am entitled to carry over or depreciation schedules. Turbo Tax has saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
