Opaque costs with confusing and frequent upgrades

the fee structure, add ons and fees are extremely opaque and difficult to understand. No explanation of costs or how selection will affect costs. It is very difficult to remove or alter options to minimize costs, including the hidden costs deep within an agreement. Tread carefully and pay attention when using this service.

More difficult to use.

I found ths year's version is more complicated to use. It was not easy to navigate to different locations if a correction or change is necessary.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
