Reliable & User Friendly

I've been using TT for many years and find it user friendly. Last year I was upgraded to live assistance for the price of premium and was happy for that because I did need them. I used premium this year and had the same glitch, but fortunately took good notes from last year and was able to manually correct the issue.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
