Always accurate, easy to do and reasonable priced.

Have done Turbo Tax for years and always get accurate results. When I got married, I had name brand tax preparer do our taxes first time and then put it in Turbo Tax. Results were exactly the same but Turbo Tax was much cheaper. Also this year, I questioned one of the things Turbo Tax said that affected our return. I checked with a local free veterans tax preparer and Turbo Tax was correct though it made no sense to a rational person (but taxes is after government and does not have to make sense) Thanks, Turbo Tax. Easy, understandable, fast, accurate and priced right. What else can you ask for. See you next year Turbo Tax.

Still the way to file. Turbo Tax is quick and easy. Just enter your "stuff" and let Turbo Tax do the rest.

Website loads way too slow, what was supposed to take 30 minutes went well over an hour (closer to two adding in the steps they don't count on their timer), information is not in plain language, so too many steps and forms are stressful because the help information doesn't actually answer questions or provide useful guidance. Didn't care for the bait and switch to an overpriced premium model that seems to offer less than the free. The same questions are asked over and over again with different wording, adding to the frustration and simple things aren't addressed or covered in any way that offers clients confidence in the process or outcomes.
