Our tax agent was super helpful and walked us through the process with ease. She was incredible and made us decide to recommend Turbo tax to our friends and family.

I have been filing my returns with TurboTax for a few years and I love it!! It beats going somewhere else and spending $800 or more to file any returns! I learn more through TurboTax every year!

I have used TurboTax for many years and still have TT programs on floppy disk from the early years. I was disappointed that the product is no longer being provided on CD as I like to own the software that I use. Also, I like to look at the worksheets used to make interim calculations and didn't see how to go to forms much less those worksheets.

Just Meh. Used for decades but lost confidence

TT is getting way to difficult because they are using tax terms that don't make any sense to the common person. TT used to do such a good job explaining what a term meant now I am not confident like I used to be. Also, early release has a few glitches. Had to log out/in a few times.
