TT is a wonderful tool and has been for many years

We have been using TT for at least the last 30 years. This year has been more complicated than most other years. Importing from our banks seemed more challenging. I will not stop using TT, but I do wish there was a way to get simple questions answered. It was relatively easy for that to happen in the past, not in the last couple of years. Please consider that service for your long time, loyal customers.

Turbo Tax is still easy, but needs to up the CX!

Every year Turbo Tax seems to be more about promoting itself. You advertise free efile, then after you file everything there are multiple charges. Generally it's easy and intuitive to do income and expenses, but not as easy as it used to be.

Was unable to make corrections. Unable to file electronically had to file by mail, 2nd year in a row.

Overall went well - I miss the $$ at the top

I missed having the state and federal return estimates at the top of the screen. Also, some of the transition graphics were too high vertically and I didn't know to scroll down to click continue. I liked the graphics, just too tall. Otherwise everything went well and I'll be back next year.
