Stop the constant upsale attempts.

I have been with TurboTax forever, but I think this will be my last year. Too many constant attempts to upsell and even making it difficult to decline "offers" and special assistance that requires other financial institution's account access. While that use to be a convenience, it is now a serious concern and creates a vulnerability to store all of my most critical information with one business. Maybe I'm being silly on that, but it makes me hesitate to trust. But I'm mostly quitting TurboTax due to the multiple upsale offers. Let me say not interested once and then leave it alone. Oh, and allow a simpler way to put in discount on cost of Turbotax from business membership. I did not see the option nor confirmation that I was getting a discounted rate due to my membership. Thank you.

First Time Turbo Tax User

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax and in general it was easy to maneuver through. I had to put in new rental property and a K-1 partnership and the question and answer boxes were helpful. I had to pay federal taxes and will make quarterly payments next year as I did not do that this year. I had a state tax refund. Thank you turbo tax. You saved me a CPA fee with similar outcome this tax season as last year.

Easy and fast return

Easy and fast. Especially, with investment income, automatically imports data. You don't need to type in like TaxAct.
