It is comfortable to file my taxes, specially with all the stock and dividends. But it used to show me the refund amount as I add different items. It got disappear. Please add them back .

Cannot Change Number of Days for Personal Use

Very disappointed this year. There is a glitch in the program where I cannot edit "Number of Days Personal Use" on my short term rental. it should be zero but I had mistakenly entered 365 because I thought it was asking how many days I lived in the house. By the time I got to the end of the program, it threw an error because number of days rented was 365 adn nubmer of days for personal use was also 365. It was impossible to change. I tried to delete everything and start again but Turbo tax would let me do that because I had already paid for the software

Turbo tax used to be GREAT. Now it is alright.

I have used turbo tax for several years now. I have loved the product and it was actually very valuable. However, for someone who is filing and filling in information through automatic systems it does not seem fair that i am paying so much. I have never gone to a tax location but i would assume it is the same price and someone actually walks me through everything. I hate to lose interest in a product because of the several different fees that are now acquainted with the service. This tax money helps me regain my balance for the year being available to use if needed. Things are so expensive now it doesnt seem fair.
