Happy with the results

I had used Turbo Tax for a number of years up until 3 years ago when the process for doing the "backdoor Roth" was not working as it should with Turbo Tax. Ended up having an acquittance who worked for a local tax firm do our taxes. Ended up trying Turbo Tax again this year due to complications with the school expenses. I was happy with the results.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Turbo Tax is still the best

Great! Makes doing taxes easy. Sometimes the ads are hard to figure out how to navigate past which was a little annoying and slowed things down this year. I also liked the refund counter in the past because it made me feel like I was accomplishing something as I went through and found more credits. Did not have it in this version. Other than that, I have been using TurboTax for several years now possibly decades and it is the best program out there for doing taxes.

The old version was way better

I've used Turbotax for a few years but the changes that they made to the tool since last year are really bad. It was very confusing to enter my info this year compared to last year, and last year I had a lot more info to enter!
