Very easy to use!! The site asks questions in an easy to understand language. If still unsure about something, you can search it and it will bring up more information in a screen off to the right side of your computer screen.

Makes taxes easy.

I hate doing my taxes, but I enjoy using TurboTax. Every time I have a question, it's like they've thought of it already -- prompts give me relevant information when I am stuck.

Fees can be confusing

Very easy to answer questions and get help if unsure. However while preparing my amended return it was very unclear if I was being charged again. A receipt was being shown as if I was being charged for the product and processing fee again.
