Good, not perfect.

It was pretty slick and easy to use. The question box was frustrating and useless. There was a glitch when I entered the zip code from a form 1098-T. It said the zip code was wrong and wouldn't e-file. After re-entering it several times (with and without the longer extension), I gave up and uploaded the form electronically (much less convenient than just entering the few items by hand). Then deleted my original entry and it worked fine.

turbo tax is an easy program to use but I think the fees that you charge are way to high when it is your customers that input and fill in all the forms for their taxes. I had to pay over $200 to file my own taxes. When customers are repeat customers they should be given coupons to reduce the cost on a service that we the customers are preparing ourselves.
