there was no live expert. this years program worked much better. logging back in, it took you to the exact spot i left off. that did not happen in other years..

Easy to use

Easy to use interface that walks you through all the steps, from personal info to income to deductions. My only small complaint is that I wish they would stop asking to upgrade over and over again. Once is enough for me.

Returning to Turbo Tax

After a few years away we are returning to use Turbo Tax due to not enjoying the experience we had with other tax experts. I like having more control by being able to see and know what is happening. Turbo Tax is easy to naviagate and very user friendly. They offer many options that make selecting what works for each person, couple, and family easy and you can adjust as needed.
