Easy Peasy

I do this every year. I'm on a state pension with no complications so my taxes are not hard. I added Social Security this year and it was easy to do.

I don't like how is costs another $50 to have to use Premium just to enter the sale of a stock (loss or gain).

Very Tough Understanding TurboTax 2024!! HORRIBLE!

Unfortunately this year Turbo Tax for 2024 was extremely difficult. Normally it is much easier and pretty much joy to use. Normally it used layman terms, it WAS easy to understand questions etc
HOWEVER, this year, you had to be a Tax Expert or Accountant to even understand it. Just for one instance, we could not figure out if the pages we were working on was referring to myself, my spouse or our business.
It was a horrible and extremely frustrating, chest pain and headache giving experience. Literally! We almost gave up and was ready to use another tax service. Sooooo We are going to seriously rethink about using Turbo Tax again in 2025. Sad to say that their 2024 year program was ridiculous!
Usually we give TurboTax 5 stars...but this year its a 1 star or less. I don't know what happened this year to their program but this year, unfortunately we just can not recommend them. I hope next year, it will be easier again as they normally were.
