TurboTax takes advantage of State tax returns

Paid $140 of my $970 love that state never gives me anything but a bill through Turbo Tax. $3 last year from state and only $8 this year. I have paid turbotax over $100 for $8. yeah gotta love it....

TurboTax is a Joke

I've used Turbo Tax for 9 years. This is the final year I will use them. They took a step backward this year. There were multiple system issues throughout the process. The cost is outrageous. The flow of filling out the taxes changes every year, and this year is without a doubt the worse it has EVER been. I will NOT be using turbo tax again. This time it felt like it had NO idea who I was. Kept asking me questions about forms I've provided them for years asking if this is the first form when in their history they have all of my stuff. It felt like I was using the service for the first time. Jokes on you Turbo Tax, this is the last time I'll use you.
