The fees are outrageous

Can't do without Turbotax

I have been using turbotax now for better than 15 years. It has made doing my taxes easy, concise, and correct. Before the Trump tax cuts, I had to itemize and Turbotax really was a godsend. I will continue to use this every year because its a great product.

Experienced some problems but mostly successful

There were a few glitches like an infinite loop that occurred. Also, the options indicated for filing previous year's taxes did not account for a reject and successful retry on eFiling.
