Turbi Tax can be challenging

The tech did an excellent job walking me through the process and helping me correct my errors. Very professional and understanding. What I thought was going to be painful was challenging but insightful at the same time. He did a great job!

USE IT EVERY YEAR

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BUT HAD DIFFICULTY ENTERING THE INCOME FOR OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. WHEN I ENTERED MORE THAN ONE IT KEPT TELLING ME THAT I HAD DUPLICATE ENTRIES. WHEN I DELETED ONE, THE INCOME FROM THAT PROPERTY WAS DELETED, SO I HAD TO TELL IT TO KEEP BOTH OF THE ENTRIES. NEVER DID THAT IN PRIOR YEARS.

TurboTax - not the greatest

Free/low-cost versions of the product non-existent; many hidden fees. Functionalities like document scan do not work properly, and resulting errors in automatic data input are not fixable through the product and requires filing by mail. Overall, unsatisfied.
