Love the ease with which it flows

The turbo tax option worked better for me then the free option which told me that I did not need to file a tax return at all

Due to delays, I had to login 3 times, I was given a choice to pay for my filed returns with refund, but system refused and only gave choice of credit card.

It has changed

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, have always been very happy. This year, however, the format was not as clear. I didn't like doing all w-2's at once, it was much clearer when I was able to work on my husband's income, then my own. I also missed the running status of our refund/payment. I only saw that near the end of filling everything out, unless I missed it ... Not sure I'll use it again next year.
