Easy to use. I liked the prompts. Hate all of the pay xx amount for the next feature. How about give all the choices at the beginning so that I can make my decision that way

Very good and easy product to use but stop trying to force me to upgrade when I don't need to or want to. You guys were trying to get me to upgrade my service when I was already done with my refund.
