First I downloaded the desktop version like we did last year only to find out it's no longer compatible with my Mac OS so now I have to go through the process of getting my money back for the desktop version. Second, I couldn't figure out how to integrate last year's (2023) return into this year's return (2024). Then towards the end of going through the process yesterday, a question came up about Suzanne's Health Insurance/HSA lapsing and that never happened. I was frustrated I had to walk away. Today, I went through and double checked everything and saw nothing about Suzanne's Health Insurance/HSA lapsing. So it just went away? I don't like the way TurboTax consistently provides options that require me to spend more more money. Then I get to the end and I can't e-file the state. Taxes are frustrating enough as it is with all the distractions.
