Easy to use but a bit heavy on the up-sell.

Easy to use, but you are pushing up selling too much. If I was not so lazy, I would look for an alternative tax prep SW solution, that focused on the task of filing and not up selling additional services.

I love Turbo Tax Premium and have used it for years. However this year for some reason it was so slow. It would spin, and spin and spin. I probably spent an extra 35 minutes completing my taxes due to the system being so slow. I know it isn't my internet b/c I have the highest speeds you can get with Xfinity and I was working on something earlier that was fine. I think Turbo Tax Premium is a great program, I just wish it wasn't so slow. If it wasn't so slow I would have given it a 5-star rating.

it was awesome until the end when i had to find my amended return from23 and had to call in. will was incredible and the only reason i will use you next year. your app is horrible for us that don't use apps. to hard to understand the lengo to find things. give will a raise.

Nickel and dime for a service we shouldn't need. I also filed my 2023 taxes with TurboTax - I have the Email confirmations and everything. But turbo tax didn't save ANY of my filing information from 2023. This needlessly complicated the filing process for my 2024 taxes. It does not make me feel like Intuit is a good steward of my sensitive information, and it makes me wonder what I'm even paying for. If TurboTax cannot save information from my previous years' filings, what makes them preferable to a free filing service? $89 is too much money for a sub-par service.
