NOT automatically connecting accounts

In doing my 2024 returns I realized that even though TurboTax says it automatically connects accounts, it did NOT automatically add documents. I had to go back to my 2023 returns to realize that it did not add investment documents even though it claimed it AUTOMATICALLY connected to my accounts. Also it’s overpriced.
