Excellent customer experience

Okay, not only was this extremely easy - it takes less than an hour, but the tech support is amazing. I can't stress that enough. Two years ago, I spent over 9 hours on the phone with tech support. Today, 7 minutes. It makes a huge difference. Thank you so much Julencia and Ciara!

Misleading

you mislead about the cost of your product, seems to be only free or doesn't require the "premium" for folks without jobs or jobs w/out benefits. And for God's sake, don't include ads after every freaking page

Reoccurring Problem

It took me hours to figure out what form 3554 was and once I found it was a form I did not need, I looked online and saw many other people have had this same issue. It has been posed about on thier support page since 2019 and this should not be an issue 6 years later.
