Unnecessary Charger

TurboTax was previously easy and accurate in prior yet -- it was painful and not as helpful this year. The helpful tracker refund/owed was gone, several functions were loops taking me back the beginning at the end, the "review" function repeatedly did not provide sufficient info to answer question or even identify which document was reference, there was no way to see if duplicate documents had been uploaded, the search function did not find information, and more. Some things remained good, thus 2 stars, but I was shocked that the problems this year.

I found the income section a little confusing. I was not able to find income sources from last year, so I added new sources even though they were the same as last year.

Too many errors and glitches when trying to checkout and file.
