Overall it is a simple easy process - I had to ask for live help once and the person I was contacted with was not very knowledgeable about the question I was asking. However, the next person I talked to was very helpful. I always trust that TurboTax is guiding me in the right direction and that I am getting the best possible outcome

Quick and easy to use. Uploading income documents is extremely easy and most of the heavy lifting is automated. Have been using for several years now and gets easier every year.

Turbo Tax becomes increasing less useful every year and this will be my final year of using it. The relentless attempts to shove more expensive, ultimately useless upgrades; poor explanations, repeated errors have rendered this project worthless. Use any other tax filing software.
