Definitely worth it. Still confusing at times

It does a good job of making a complicated and daunting task almost palatable. Still missing things and is confusing at times, but better than trying to read the IRS docs.

My info was not carried over from 2023 filing. Your instructions were confusing. The questions you asked about my PershingLLC 1099-R did not match the format of my 1099-R, requiring much more effort on my part. I am not satisfied with my refund of $1,267. I am not satisfied with your TurboTax fees charged for my return, since I did all the work! Your service was easier and better two years ago.
