Love the tax help, but really don't like their trying to trick you into agreeing to something you don't want. Be upfront and transparent. Give you customers the option.

the program is good and easy, but I sure am tired of Turbo Tax always trying to trick us into buying the more expensive program and upgrades and making it hard to even find the standard filing option, Its always premium and then max and then pay for this feature and that. Very shady for the average person just trying to file a simple tax form.
