Fast and easy to use. I use the guided version and all the questions make sense. If they don't or I want to make sure the additional info offered by the site are always helpful.

Easy to use and the refund was substantially larger than using any other tax company. Turbo tax is cheaper and far more reliable.

Overall good. Sometimes is confusing, ie asks you to fill in a form again that you already filled in. When this happens I exit the program, go back later and it’s resolved.
