TurboTax in Helpful, Not always Clear

The instructions are not always clear, necessitating having to go back and change the federal filing several times. The software does work, however, so I'm giving it a 4.

TurboTax is helpful, but sometimes confusing.

This year it was difficult to find some sections of the entry pages when I had entered partial information then came back to complete it later.
I also find it annoying to have to re-enter for each recipient parameters that are the same for most of my charity deductions.

I have been doing my taxes for decades, you forcing me through the step by step is annoying. I can fill in lots of the info, and we used to be able to choose either step by step or forms but I didn't see that option.

I like using Turbo Tax. Easy. The only thing I continue to dislike is the extra $40 fee to have it direct deposited that didn't used to be there. That should be included in what I was paying Turbo Tax.
