Using TurboTax has always been very easy. The steps and documents needed are clearly explained and the website walks you through everything one by one so you never have to worry about missing a step. I also have full confidence in Turbo Tax that all my information is secured and encrypted and that all the information on tax preparation is up-to-date and correct.

Turbo Tax is the way to Go

It was easy to enter the information and easy to file. The ability to snap a picture of your forms and automatic upload the info is great. I just had issues understanding how to correct one of the forms about deduction info.

The program seemed more user-friendly and visually appealing in the past. I felt like in the past your return amount "tally" showed up earlier in the process.
