TurboTax used to be good

While TT only recognizes me for a fraction of the time that I have done my taxes with their products (many years desktop app, not online), I have come to dislike their level of disservice more with each year. They love to congratulate themselves in the program by stating "Prepare to be impressed" only to not find my financial documents. This has irritated me for years. I also dislike repeatedly being asked to upgrade to a higher level when I have already declined.
My displeasure with TT has reached epic heights with my tax submission today. For the first time ever, my submission was rejected. TT said, "Don't worry, we will walk you through fixing the issues." Not only did TT not walk me through a single step, I again had my submission rejected after TT's bogus review that everything was okay.
I need to find a less self-congratulatory company and more competent company to assist me with my taxes. 20+ years is too long for a company that only provides less service and more marketing.
I suspect they won't post this since they will review. Every word is truthful.
