Okay Experience

This software was easy to use for the most part and made a lot of the process simple. This being said it also made certain sections way too difficult. I was filing in two states this year and it hard walled me to paying taxes in SC for the wages I made in another state before moving. I ultimately had to restart the entire form- so it was my fault- but these are the mistakes a computer will make based on action rather than a human being who understands intent. I initially chose a mid tier level if I needed help but when I sought it out, it tried to upgrade me to the most expensive package. All in all, this software is designed best for very simple tax situations (ie; single, 0, one state, one job).

TurboTax online is just okay. I like the previous years on disc much better. This does not track your progress very well. I still find it better than the other do it yourself formats out thre.
